We are an independent broker, not an operator. We own no aircraft and are affiliated with no airline — which is exactly what keeps us objective. We put dozens of certified operators in competition to retain only the aircraft and offer best suited to your trip, with no commercial bias.

What are the cancellation terms?
They depend on the operator and the type of flight (standard charter or empty leg). We share the exact terms before any confirmation, transparently, and negotiate flexible cancellation clauses wherever possible. A standard charter usually allows a flexibility window; empty legs are stricter, as the aircraft is already positioned.

What does the booking process actually look like?
As soon as you enquire, a dedicated Private Flight Advisor takes ownership of your request. How do you guarantee flight safety?
We only retain operators holding an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and meeting recognised standards (IS-BAO, ARGUS, Wyvern, EASA). Aircraft are audited regularly and flown by experienced crews type-rated on the aircraft. Safety is never traded off against price.
