Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services
How does trade show capacity sharing work with cargo aircraft?
Multiple exhibitors attending the same trade show share a single cargo aircraft, each booking their portion of capacity (300 to 1,000 kg). We coordinate pickup from each exhibitor’s warehouse, consolidate all equipment at a hub, and fly it to the event destination. Upon arrival, each exhibitor’s booth materials and equipment are delivered directly to the venue during designated setup windows.
What types of trade show equipment can be transported?
Our shared cargo aircraft handles all exhibition materials: custom booth structures, display screens and AV equipment, product samples and demonstration units, printed materials, lighting rigs, and branded furniture. Oversized items like large-format displays and modular stands are accommodated with proper securing. Fragile electronics and screens receive custom protective packaging.
How much can exhibitors save compared to individual air freight?
By pooling trade show freight onto a shared cargo aircraft, exhibitors typically save 40 to 65% versus booking individual charters. The savings scale with the number of participants — when 5+ exhibitors share a flight, per-kilogram rates approach commercial cargo pricing but with guaranteed delivery timing and direct-to-venue logistics that commercial freight cannot match.
