Each satellite sub-system travels in containers meeting ECSS-Q-ST-20C standards (space product assurance) with: calibrated vibration isolation (PSD spectrum conforming to qualification profiles), active thermal control (+18°C to +22°C with < ±2°C tolerance), regulated humidity (< 40% RH to protect optics and integrated circuits), and portable ISO 7 cleanroom environment for sensitive instruments. Triaxial accelerometers and certified shock sensors record the complete vibration profile throughout transport.

Coordination with Space Agencies & Launch Programmes

We work in direct coordination with space programme technical directorates: scheduling loading slots with ESA/ESTEC at Noordwijk, synchronising arrivals with AIT (Assembly, Integration, Test) schedules at launch sites, and managing overflight authorisations for classified payloads (military satellites Helios, CSO, Syracuse).
