Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services
How do you protect satellites during air transport?
Satellites and space sub-systems travel in MIL-STD-810H pressurised containers equipped with calibrated-frequency dynamic dampers (< 2 Hz lateral, < 5 Hz vertical). The interior environment is controlled: humidity < 40% RH, temperature +18°C to +22°C, and portable ISO 7 cleanroom if required for sensitive optics and sensors. Triaxial accelerometers record every vibration throughout the flight.
Which launch site destinations do you cover?
We deliver components to all global launch sites: Kourou (CSG) for Ariane 6 and Vega-C, Cape Canaveral (KSC/SLC) and Vandenberg (SFB) for SpaceX/ULA, Baikonur for Soyuz, Tanegashima (TNSC) for Japanese H-IIA/H3, and newer sites like Mahia (Rocket Lab) in New Zealand.
What type of cargo aircraft is suitable for space components?
For standard payloads (solar panels, transponders, ion propulsion), we use Gulfstream G550 or Bombardier Global 6000 configured with reinforced flooring. For bulky elements (satellite structures, launcher stages), Boeing 747F or AN-124 Ruslan are mobilised through our partner network.
