Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services
How does pet relocation by cargo aircraft differ from commercial airline pet transport?
With a dedicated cargo aircraft, your pet travels in a climate-controlled, quiet cabin without sharing space with noisy freight or other stressed animals. There are no layovers, no transfers between aircraft, and no risk of being left on the tarmac. An onboard handler monitors your pet throughout the flight, providing water, reassurance, and immediate veterinary support if needed — a level of care impossible on commercial flights.
What breeds or sizes of pets can you transport by air freight?
We transport all breeds and sizes of dogs, cats, and other domestic pets. Brachycephalic breeds (pugs, bulldogs, Persian cats) that many airlines refuse are welcome on our cargo charter flights because we maintain full temperature and ventilation control. Each pet travels in an IATA-certified crate sized appropriately, with absorbent bedding, water, and familiar items to reduce anxiety.
What documents are required for international pet relocation by air?
Requirements vary by destination but typically include a veterinary health certificate (issued within 10 days of travel), proof of rabies vaccination (at least 21 days prior), microchip identification (ISO 15-digit), and for EU destinations, an EU pet passport or TRACES certificate. Some countries require blood titer tests or quarantine arrangements. Our team manages all documentation and customs clearance.
