Ninoy Aquino Airport (NAIA) is Metro Manila’s sole international gateway. Its two runways, 06/24, 3,737 m long, and 13/31, 2,257 m long (concrete, elevation 75 ft), accommodate all private jet sizes. Over 50 million passengers transited in 2024, a record, making it one of Asia’s busiest airports.

Slots are mandatory for all non-commercial flights. The MIAA (Manila International Airport Authority) allocates them.

The logistics of a multi-island sequence require coordinating slots on runways where FBO availability is limited. El Nido and Boracay do not have high-standard FBOs: fuel on request, basic reception.
