The business aviation terminal (1,510 m², opened in March 2010) operates separately: dedicated customs, two security checkpoints for departing passengers, and meet-and-greet at the aircraft. Three companies have been operating under license there since 2014: Signature Aviation, AviaVIP, and DC Aviation G-OPS. Nice-Monaco: one of Europe's busiest heli routes

Since November 2015, Nice Côte d’Azur has a dedicated helicopter terminal: 201 m², a 60 m² VIP lounge, 14 stands, and two take-off and landing areas (FATO). This is not an annex: it is an infrastructure designed to integrate the helicopter into the jet passenger’s journey, with a security check in the business aviation terminal and then a direct transfer to the heliport terminal, without leaving the protected area.

Two operators provide regular flights to Monaco: Blade and Heli Air Monaco. The crossing takes approximately 7 minutes. During events, when the Corniche road or the A8 can take 45 minutes to an hour between the airport and the Principality, this air transfer changes the logistics of the stay.

The terminal also handles connections to Cannes (Mandelieu heliport, approximately 15 minutes), Saint-Tropez, and yachts at anchor. For a group arriving by private flight and departing to several distinct addresses, it allows transfers to be split without additional waiting after formalities.
