Private Jets Connect Rates & routes

How much does a private jet in Poland cost?

The cost of a private jet to Poland is influenced by the aircraft category, airport specifics (slots, FBO, taxes), distance, and seasonality. A light jet starts from approximately per hour, a midsize jet from around per hour, and a heavy jet from about per hour. These rates apply from airports such as Lech Wałęsa or Kraków John Paul II International Airport. Prices and demand increase significantly during specific events in Poland, such as the Krakow Music Festival, the Polish Motorcycle Grand Prix, or during the peak summer season on the Baltic coast in July-August. These periods lead to increased pressure on aircraft availability and airport slots. Only a complimentary, personalised quote, based on your precise itinerary and current market conditions, can provide the exact price for your private jet flight to Poland.

Available Empty Legs

Take advantage of jet repositioning on this route at reduced rates. Same service, date flexibility required.

View Empty Legs

Empty legs (repositioning flights) offer a unique opportunity to fly by private jet at reduced prices. When an aircraft needs to reposition after dropping off passengers, this empty flight is offered at preferential rates of up to 75% off the standard price. Contrary to popular belief, an affordable private jet does exist: empty legs allow you to get a private jet quote well below standard rates. These private jet deals are ideal for flexible travellers seeking a discounted private flight. The principle is simple: you enjoy the same premium service (catering, transfers, concierge) but at a reduced price because the aircraft has to make this journey anyway. To take advantage of these empty leg offers, sign up for alerts and receive availability in real time. Each empty leg is a chance to fly by jet at a reduced rate — dates are fixed but the savings are substantial. Browse all available empty legs on our real-time search engine, or request your free quote to find out about the next empty legs on this route.

Airports & private access

Private airports in Poland: VIP access, runways and terminals

Choosing an airport for your private jet in Poland depends on several key factors: proximity to your final destination, availability of flight slots, runway length for long-haul flights, the presence of a Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) with customs facilities, and the efficiency of ground transfers. Warsaw Chopin Airport is the preferred gateway for business aviation, offering comprehensive services and swift access to the capital.

Everything you need to know before flying

Frequently asked questions

Booking, payment, on board, formalities — answers to the most common questions about private jet travel with Private Jets Connect.

01

How do I book and pay for my private jet flight with PJC?

Initial contact, a bespoke offer, contract, payment. And always in direct contact with your private advisor, at every step.

02

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the type of flight and how far in advance you cancel: an early cancellation limits fees, while a last-minute one generates more. The exact policy is stated on each quote.

03

How quickly can I get a quote?

Your personalised quote is sent within 24 hours by your dedicated advisor. For complex requests (multi-leg, large groups), allow slightly longer.

04

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the flight?

Safety always comes first. In poor conditions, we offer a postponement, a diversion to a nearby airport or an alternative solution. No flight is maintained if conditions are not safe.

05

Can I eat on board?

Yes. A catering service is available on request, from a simple snack to a gourmet meal by a fine caterer. Tell us your preferences and dietary restrictions when booking.

06

Can I smoke on board?

It depends on the aircraft and the agreement of the crew and owner. Some jets allow cigarettes or cigars: mention it when booking so we select a suitable aircraft.

07

What documents do I need to fly in Poland?

A valid ID is sufficient for domestic and regional flights. For international flights, a valid passport — and a visa where applicable — is required. We guide you according to your itinerary.

08

Do you own the aircraft?

No. PJC is a broker: we don’t own the aircraft but give access to a global fleet of over 5,000 jets operated by certified companies. You get the best aircraft at the best price for each mission.

09

Can I travel with my pets?

Yes, it’s one of the great advantages of private jets: your pets travel in the cabin, with you. Tell us the species and number when booking so we can prepare the flight.

10

How much does a private jet cost in Poland?

The price depends on the jet category, distance, airport taxes and season. The only way to get an exact rate is to request a free, personalised quote — you’ll have it within minutes.

11

What is the main airport in Poland?

Main business airports: Warsaw Chopin Airport, Kraków John Paul II International Airport, Lech Wałęsa. Find the detailed hubs and FBOs in the “Airports” section above.
